Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how COMPAS© by Omnipressence© collects, uses, stores, processes, and protects information submitted through the COMPAS platform, website, evaluation workflows, account systems, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including names, email addresses, company names, client names, coach names, team member names, account details, uploaded resumes, job documents, employer information, evaluation inputs, and related workflow materials.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate COMPAS, create structured evaluation records, generate reports, support account access, deliver files to clients, process payments, provide support, improve platform reliability, and maintain defensible workflow documentation.

3. AI-Assisted Processing

COMPAS uses AI-assisted systems and third-party AI providers to help process uploaded materials, structure evaluation logic, identify evidence gaps, and generate workflow outputs. AI outputs are directional and informational. Human review remains required for final decisions.

4. File Uploads and Temporary Storage

Uploaded files may be temporarily stored in AWS services, including S3 and related databases, while COMPAS processes the workflow and prepares client-facing outputs. Files are retained temporarily, forwarded or made available to clients as part of the workflow, and then removed according to operational retention practices.

5. Accounts and Login

Users may create accounts and log in to access COMPAS workflows. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for ensuring submitted information is accurate and authorized for use.

6. Payments

COMPAS uses Stripe for payment processing. Payment information is handled by Stripe and subject to Stripe’s own privacy and security practices. COMPAS does not store full payment card details on its own systems.

7. Hosting, Storage, and Service Providers

We use AWS and other service providers to host, store, process, secure, and deliver COMPAS workflows. We may also use AI providers, email services, analytics providers, and infrastructure vendors as needed to operate the platform.

8. Analytics

COMPAS does not currently rely on cookies for core operation. We may add analytics tools in the future to understand usage, improve platform performance, and identify service issues. Where required, analytics use will be disclosed or controlled according to applicable law.

9. International Users

COMPAS serves users globally. Information may be processed or stored in countries other than where a user is located. By using COMPAS, you understand that information may be transferred, processed, and stored using international cloud infrastructure and service providers.

10. Retention and Deletion

We retain information only as needed to provide services, maintain operational records, support client delivery, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Users may request deletion of eligible personal information by contacting us.

11. No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate COMPAS, process workflows, provide support, process payments, secure the platform, or comply with legal requirements.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No digital platform can guarantee absolute security, and users should avoid submitting information they are not authorized to share.

13. Age Restriction
