These Terms of Service govern access to and use of COMPAS© by Omnipressence©, including the website, evaluation workflows, account systems, reports, and related services.
1. Platform Use
COMPAS provides structured evaluation support, workflow documentation, report generation, and decision-record tools for hiring, coaching, employment-service, and related professional contexts.
2. No Legal, Employment, or Hiring Advice
COMPAS outputs are directional and informational in nature. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, employment, hiring, financial, or professional advice. Users are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice where required.
3. Human Responsibility
COMPAS supports structured evaluation and documentation. Final hiring, employment, coaching, client-service, organizational, and legal decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user and their organization.
4. AI Output Limitation
COMPAS may use AI providers to process information and generate outputs. AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, or incomplete interpretations. Users must review all outputs before relying on them.
5. User-Submitted Information
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload, submit, process, and share resumes, job documents, employer information, client data, team data, and related materials through COMPAS.
6. Accounts
Users may be required to create an account and log in. Users are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under their credentials.
7. Payments and Billing
Payments may be processed through Stripe. Fees, billing terms, refunds, credits, and subscription rules are governed by the checkout, invoice, order, or service terms presented at the time of purchase.
8. Acceptable Use
Users must not use COMPAS unlawfully, submit information they are not authorized to process, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, interfere with service operation, or use outputs to discriminate unlawfully or bypass required human review.
9. Intellectual Property
COMPAS, Omnipressence, platform design, workflows, branding, software, prompts, report structures, and related materials are owned by Omnipressence or its licensors. Users receive only the limited right to use the service according to these Terms.
10. Confidentiality and Client Materials
Users may submit sensitive client or candidate materials. Users remain responsible for obtaining consent where required and for handling downloaded, forwarded, or exported materials according to their own professional, legal, and organizational obligations.
11. Service Availability
COMPAS may be updated, changed, interrupted, limited, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnipressence is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or employment-related damages arising from use of COMPAS or reliance on COMPAS outputs.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where a user violates these Terms, creates risk for the platform, misuses the service, fails to pay applicable fees, or uses COMPAS in a way that may be unlawful or harmful.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.
